Who am i?

I’m a long-time high-end World of Warcraft player, streamer, and guide writer who traded raid nights for the gym and the kitchen. For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved cooking—though for many years, that passion also contributed to me gaining a lot of weight.

In the summer of 2023, my fiancée and I decided it was time to change our lives. Since then, I’ve lost over 60 kilos, built significant muscle, and completely transformed my health and lifestyle.

The key to making my weight loss sustainable was leaning into my love of food. I knew I didn’t want to live on plain chicken and rice, so I made it my mission to explore nutrition, experiment with strategies and diets, and ultimately discover what worked best for me. Along the way, I taught myself how to cook high-protein, low-calorie meals that are flavorful, satisfying, and something I genuinely look forward to eating.

On Emil Prep, I share these recipes and my experiences with the hope of inspiring others—whether that’s adding a new favorite dish to your weekly routine, showing you that healthy food doesn’t have to be boring, or even supporting your own weight-loss journey through coaching.
