Pulled chicken creamy cheese taquitos

Perfect for a quick meal, or as a post/pre workout meal. Super easy fast in the microwave or air fryer, and very tasty.


Ingredients

  • 1300g uncooked chicken breasts

  • 30g Jalepenos

  • 60g Cheddar

  • 50g low fat high protein cheese

  • 170g low fat cream cheese

  • 10 tortillas

Seasoning

  • Allround seasoning

  • Oregano

  • Salt, pepper

Method

Trim the chicken breasts of excess fat, then season with all-purpose seasoning, salt, and pepper. Place them in an oven-safe tray, cover with aluminum foil, and cook in the oven at 130°C (265°F) for 3 hours.

Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the oven and shred it in a bowl using two forks.

Add the cheeses and jalapeños, mixing until the filling is fairly homogenous.

Divide the filling evenly among the 10 tortillas. Roll them up and sear briefly in a pan over medium heat, just until the tortillas are golden brown.
