Who am I?

I cook recipes that are high in protein, low in calories, and designed to help you feel full while keeping hunger at bay. I lost over 60 kg by learning to cook healthy variations of the foods I love, and I’m here to help you do the same. In my opinion, learning to cook the food you enjoy—while keeping the calories down—is a sure-fire way to make weight loss sustainable and turn it into a lasting lifestyle change.

I share both written recipes and recipe videos, along with tips on how you can learn to cook smarter, not harder, making healthy eating more accessible in everyday life.

I also offer weight-loss coaching, where I’ll help, support, and guide you through the process of building healthy habits, staying on track, and developing a positive relationship with your body.
